FuseBox RTA800302 80A 30mA Type A 2-Pole RCD

The FuseBox RTA800302 is an 80A Type A double-pole residual current device (RCD) designed to provide protection against electric shock and earth leakage faults in electrical installations. By continuously monitoring the current flowing through live and neutral conductors, the device quickly disconnects the circuit if an imbalance is detected, helping prevent electrical hazards and fire risks.

With a 30 mA sensitivity, the RCD provides fast disconnection in the event of earth leakage, making it suitable for protecting circuits in domestic and commercial consumer units. Its Type A classification allows it to detect both standard AC residual currents and pulsating DC currents commonly produced by modern electronic devices.

The compact 2-module design allows easy installation on standard DIN rails within FuseBox consumer units and other compatible distribution boards. A manual test button is included to allow routine testing of the device to ensure safe operation.
