Please read the information below prior to purchasing from Brennan’s Electrical Expert to familiarise yourself with our policies on cancellations, refunds, and faulty items.
You can change or cancel an order prior to it being dispatched from our warehouse. If the order has already been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund. Your refund will be processed once the item has been inspected to ensure it is intact and in its original packaging.

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days. You then have 14 days from the date you cancel the order to return the product to us. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods prior to returning them.
If the product is unused and returned in its original packaging, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note:
a) You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. A full refund will be issued upon proof of return and inspection.
b) Hygiene seals on personal care items (e.g. shavers, hair styling tools) must be intact.
c) Tamper seals on technology (e.g. tablets, phones, laptops) must be intact.
d) Customised or personalised products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used. Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 working days.
If your item is defective, please contact us to arrange its return. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once returned and inspected, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. Do not return items to our physical store without first contacting us. In some cases, a qualified engineer may inspect the product. Standard delivery charges will be refunded where applicable.
Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable timeframe. Timeframes may vary depending on factors outside our control. If damage is due to misuse or accident, or if warranty terms do not apply, labour or freight charges may apply.
Please back up all data on devices before returning them. We are not responsible for data loss on returned items such as mobile phones or tablets.
Purchases are protected under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and other relevant legislation. You have the right to:
a) Goods of merchantable quality.
b) Goods fit for purpose.
c) Goods that match their description.
